The Same Bird

A plethora of little gray birds of assorted species
Labeled by man for their various calls, beaks, and plumage
Flitter back and forth to the seeds I’ve laid out
There’s no fear or misunderstandings between them
They know they’re all the same bird

Yes they seem to have it down pat and we're the so called evolved ones.

I agree if we only could all be human this is so great.

Yeah, how do birds and other animal species do that!? Ants, swans, horses, wild hogs, pythons, they all know they are the same. Must be by scent?

Intriguing and somehow quieting my inner chaso with a simple resolution-- not simplistic, beautifully simple. xxxj
